These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Pizza Xpress, operated by All4Reds LLC ("Pizza Xpress," "we," "us," or "our"), including ordering by text message, telephone, or in person, our website at thepizzaxpress.com, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or enter into a payment transaction. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Ordering by Text Message (SMS)
Pizza Xpress accepts orders by text message at (405) 461-5848. By texting our number, you agree to the following:
- You consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Pizza Xpress related to your order, including confirmations, totals, payment links, pickup readiness, and customer service replies.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your order details and pickup time.
- An order is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation message with the total and pickup time.
- Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier.
- You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
- We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, if items are unavailable, the order cannot be reasonably fulfilled, or we suspect fraud).

4. Menu, Pricing & Availability
Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every reasonable effort to keep the menu published on our website accurate, but the price quoted in your SMS confirmation is the price you will be charged. Some items may be unavailable due to demand, supply, or seasonal factors.
5. Payment
Payment is due when your order is confirmed. We will send you a secure payment link by SMS. By completing payment, you authorize Pizza Xpress (through our third-party payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount, including any applicable taxes and fees.
We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or banking details on our systems. Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor.
Cash payments may also be accepted in person at our location at the time of pickup, at our discretion.
6. Pickup
All orders placed through our SMS service are for in-store pickup or delivery at our El Reno, Oklahoma location. The pickup time provided in your confirmation is an estimate and may vary based on order volume and conditions. You are responsible for picking up your order in a reasonably timely manner. Orders not picked up within 60 minutes of the confirmed pickup time may be discarded, and refunds will not be available for orders that have been prepared but not picked up.
7. Refund Policy
Pizza Xpress is committed to making every order right. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Order Errors: If your order is incorrect (wrong item, missing item, or significant preparation error), please notify us within 24 hours by calling (405) 461-5848. We will, at our discretion, offer a remake, store credit, or refund of the affected item.
- Quality Issues: If you are not satisfied with the quality of an item, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.
- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled and refunded in full only if cancellation is requested before food preparation begins. Once preparation has started, the order is non-refundable.
- No-shows: Orders that are paid for but not picked up within 60 minutes of the confirmed pickup time are non-refundable.
- Refund Method: Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
8. Allergens & Food Safety
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and other common allergens. Cross-contact is possible. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please tell us when you place your order so we can do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment.
9. Intellectual Property
The Pizza Xpress name, logo, menu, website content, and all related trademarks and materials are the property of All4Reds LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading orders.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff via SMS, phone, or in person.
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt our SMS or website systems.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to refuse service and to block any phone number that violates these Terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that SMS messages will always be delivered, timely, or error-free; SMS delivery depends on your wireless carrier and conditions outside our control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Pizza Xpress, All4Reds LLC, or any of its owners, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Canadian County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
